Hemant Gosain, also known as Sunny is the Executive Chairman of Omniquo. Sunny is a serial entrepreneur with a successful track record in heading up large global organizations and in executing start-up ventures in cloud, mobility and enterprise software. He is also an angel investor and an adviser to growth based tech firms. Prior to Omniquo, Sunny served in numerous leadership roles such as the Chief Product Officer & Executive Vice President of inContact Inc. (NASDAQ: SAAS), the Chief Technology Officer & Executive Vice President at Compiere Inc.(acquired by Aptean), the Vice President of Development at Oracle (NYSE: ORCL) , as Systems Manager at MCI Systemhouse(acquired by HP NYSE: HPQ) and as Management Consultant at Fujitsu. He holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Delhi and an MBA degree from the University of Arkansas. Sunny holds three technology patents. He is currently on the board of directors of several companies - PRO-Unlimited, Purplista and Ambivo. He also serves on the Dean’s Executive Advisory Board for the Sam M. Walton College of Business at the University of Arkansas.

Carlos Scheidecker is the CTO of Omniquo. Carlos is an inventor, engineer, technologist and an entrepreneur. At the young age of 16 Carlos co-founded Dataware which pioneered intelligent EDI for the auto and banking industries in 1989 that grew to become a leading systems provider to marquee companies like Toyota, BMW, Land Rover, Subaru and financial institutions in Latin America. His experience spans three decades of association with the automotive, healthcare, financial services and insurance industries. Carlos is an expert in Artificial Intelligence domains such as Parallel Networks, Neural Network Computing, Computer Vision, NLP, Speech recognition, OCR and Paralinguistics. Carlos is passionate about the practical applications of Artificial Intelligence Systems and has participated in several academia and government sponsored studies in the fields of Artificial Intelligence and Conference of Meaning Understanding (CMU). Carlos holds Bachelors in Computer Science from the University of Utah, Masters in Computer Science from the University of Utah, B.S. Mechanical Engineering from FEI and linguistic degrees from the University of Cambridge and the University of Chicago.

Michael is the counsulting corporate counsel of Omniquo. He is also the founder and an owner of Pearson & Schachter since 2012, where he is a business and corporate transactional attorney. Mr. Schachter is licensed to practice law in the State of California since 2004 at prestigious large national and mid-size regional firms. Mr. Schachter has represented a broad range of companies, from early stage to publicly traded companies. Mr. Schachter’s corporate practice includes the consummation of mergers, stock sales, asset acquisitions and other reorganizations, and representing emerging growth companies in all aspects of business and corporate transactions, including entity formation, venture capital and angel financings, entity governance, securities, intellectual property, employment, shareholder and director matters, and general corporate counseling and business planning issues. Mr. Schachter was a member of the Executive Committee-Business Section for the Alameda County Bar Association. He has authored numerous articles in corporate and business law.

Andre Boisvert is a seasoned executive, officer and board member of several public and private companies. Andre is a long-time leader in the Business Intelligence arena with over 25 years of executive experience with enterprise software giants such as Oracle (NASDAQ: ORCL) & SAS Institute Inc. He led the transformation of Cognos Inc. to a business intelligence software company. He was the SVP of World Wide Marketing at Oracle Corporation and a member of Oracle’s Executive Committee. Andre also served as President and Chief Operation Officer of SAS Institute Inc., the world’s largest privately held software company with revenues currently exceeding $3 billion a year. He then joined one of SAS’ investments and became Chairman and CEO of Sagent Technologies Inc. (NASDAQ: SGNT), which he successfully sold to Group 1 Software Inc. (NASDAQ: GSOF).

Andre also has experience as a board member of publicly traded open source companies like VA Software Inc. (NASDAQ: LNUX), the creator and owner of SourceForge, the largest worldwide repository of open source projects; and as co-founder of Pentaho Corporation, the world’s most popular commercial open source business intelligence platform; as well as experience with several other privately and publicly held companies in both the U.S. and Europe.

Andre is currently on the board of directors of several enterprise software companies, Palamida Corporation Infobright Inc., Webtrends Corporation, Emailvision Inc., Riverlogic Corportaion, Issuer Direct Corporation and Clario Analytics Inc.

Cheryl Young, ChFC® , CFP® , CPM® is a Managing Director at Morgan Stanley. Cheryl ranks #64 in the Barron’s top 100 Women Financial Advisers. Cheryl is also on the Advisory Leadership Council Board member for the OIC (The Options Industry Council) .

She is very active in her community and is on the board of Archbishop Mitty High School Board member and Fresh Lifelines For Youth Board member. She’s received several awards and recognition such as Reuter‘s top independent advisor for 2008 and 2009, Barron’s Winner Circle for Top Teams 2011 and she is rated as one of America‘s top financial planners by Consumer’s Research Council of America in 2008 and 2009. At Morgan Stanley, Cheryl’s team helps in creating exit strategies for corporate executives, start up executives and professional athletes. Prior to Morgan Stanley Cheryl has held executive Positions at Raymond James and Ameriprise Financial Services.

Cheryl attended New Mexico State University as a Presidential Scholar, graduating with honors with a degree in Psychology and Business Administration. Cheryl did her post-graduate work in biochemistry and medicine at the University of New Mexico, which she thankfully left to pursue a career in finance.

Ravi Kohli is the Chief Operating Officer of AngePoint. He has over 20 years of professional experience leading a variety of complex compliance-related engagements for global software and electronics companies. As a Director in KPMG’s Contract Consulting Services Practice, Ravi supervised hundreds of license compliance reviews for high tech companies. He was involved in assisting a Fortune 500 High Tech Company start its current successful compliance program and both performed and supervised numerous license reviews.Other experience has included technical and project management in the field of computer information systems and security. He is proficient in Windows, Solaris, and Linux and experienced with SUN, IBM compatible computers, UNIX and VAX systems, and Macintosh.

Ravi has served as lead internal auditor involved in development of Governance, Risk and Compliance functions for a high tech telecommunications company based in the Silicon Valley. Previously as a Senior Consultant with a security consulting firm, he was involved in designing network architecture and implementing firewall and VPN solutions for various clients.

Ravi holds MS and BS degrees in Geology. His professional certifications Include: Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), Siemens (Rolm) Certified System Administrator (SCSA), CheckPoint Certified Security Engineer (CCSE), Cisco Certified Network Administrator (CCNA), CheckPoint Certified Security Administrator (CCSA), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), and Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA).
